Around 30 food and beverages suppliers from Spain under the aegis of Spanish Federation of Food & Beverages (FIAB) and in collaboration with Trade Commission of the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi will oragnise a day long gastronomy workshop at Shangri─La Eros Hotel in New Delhi on November 30, 2010. The second edition of the gastronomy workshop 'Discover Spanish Taste' is part of the 'Plan India 2010─12' initiative to promote Spanish food and beverages in the India market.
Apart from the workshop, there will be two seminars and guided tasting sessions of Spanish wines during the day. While the Gourmet seminar – Gourmet Tapas – will be addressed by Chef Saurabh Arora from Caperberry Bangalore and the seminar on Spanish Wines will be addressed by Harshal Sha, Consultant Sommelier, Shangri─La Eros Hotel, New Delhi.
