Junior Sous Chef – Unkai (Japanese Restaurant)
Requirements
A recognized Certificate in relevant qualification
Good all-round knowledge of Japanese cuisine
At least 7 years experience in upmarket restaurant or hotel operation with at least 3 years experience in a supervisory role
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to communicate in Cantonese
Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
Hygiene supervisor
HACCP trained is an advantage
