The Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers, one of New York City's largest hotels, announces a US$150 million renovation project. Over the next few months, the landmark will undergo a floor-to-ceiling transformation, expanding the size of all 1,781 guestrooms and the club lounge.
The first phase of the project, scheduled for completion in May, will feature the complete redesign of 1,080 guestrooms. The rest of the guestrooms will be renovated between December and next April. Wilson Associates has been tapped to oversee the renovation.
