As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be a member of the Front office team assisting in the processes of Check-ins/Checkouts of VIPs and IHG Cards' members insuring their experience will be worth remembering. Among the duties assigned will be reviewing arrival lists ensuring distribution of amenities, conducting rooms' inspections, escorting VIPs to their assigned rooms, attending to guests' inquiries and needs and requests, and providing feedback from guests to the Front Office Management for action, while promoting all the facilities of the hotel You will be also handling all updates related to memberships' types on regular basis, assisting in compiling and analyzing departmental expenditures Qualifications Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for: University Graduate Excellent communication skills Very good command of English language Computer skills Job : Guest Relations Primary Location : EMEA_MiddleEast-Egypt-C-Cairo 02/Jan/12 Schedule : Full Time
