Correct articulation, pronunciation and grammar. 3. Active Listener 4. Confident in verbal and non-verbal communication. 5. Assertive, makes a point without being abrasive 6. Knowledge of a foreign language (desirable). Knowledge of social etiquettes 7. Knowledge of cultural norms and practices. 8. Knowledge of various therapies and treatments. 9. Knowledge of Fitness Equipment 10. Ability to interact with guests of varied cultural, social and ethnic origins. 11. Ability to be poised and composed in a variety of social and semi social setup. 12. Ability to exude warmth and hospitality even in the face of difficult and trying situations. 13.
