Job Description
• Work closely with the marketing, sales and operations team for developing high quality products. The incumbent will be responsible for product development for air tickets, tour packages, hotels, car rentals, transfers etc. • Analyze the product both from the customer viewpoint and financial viability • To identify suppliers for products such as hotels, transfers etc. in markets such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand etc. • To negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships • To manage
staffing, performance management and retention strategies for his team • Willing to work in a high energy growth environment, hands on, strategic entrepreneurial aptitude. Ability to influence various stakeholders and other department heads in the respective location • Innovating and delivering products that differentiate us from competition. This will include new products as well as enhancements to existing products • Analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements. Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A Industry: Travel, Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, Railways Functional Area: Travel, Ticketing, Airlines Role Category: Ticketing/Travel/Documentation Role: Tour Management Manager/ Senior. Manager Keyskills: Product Development, Ticketing, Tours, Packages, Outbound, Domestic, Contracting, Hotels Desired Candidate Profile Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization) • MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B Schools is a must • 14-16 years of experience • Must be from Travel/Hospitality industry.
