as Director of Marketing in Dubai, he successfully led the central marketing function for Jumeirah’s hotels and resorts in Dubai, including 70 restaurants and bars, convention and meeting facilities. Before joining Jumeirah, Ross held marketing and brand management positions for Sony UK in London and DHL Express Middle East based in Bahrain. A Scottish national, Ross has a degree in Law from Aberdeen University in Scotland. In his new role, Ross will be responsible for driving the Jumeirah brand promise globally and will be responsible for Brand Management and Customer Experience, Brand Marketing/Advertising, Guest Recognition and Loyalty, and the Brand Digital platform for the Jumeirah Group.
