the 297-room Grand Hyatt Bogoto is scheduled to open in 2015. The hotel is part of a mixed-use project that will also have 18 office towers and take up more than 6.5 million square feet of leasable area and more than 226,000 square feet of retail space. "Grand Hyatt Bogota is set to be the first Grand Hyatt hotel in Bogota and will serve as our flagship hotel in the country. We look forward to announcing more Hyatt-branded properties in Colombia in the future," McCudden added. The hotel will feature two restaurants, a lobby lounge, a patisserie, a fitness centre, an indoor pool, more than 24,000 square feet of meeting space, among others.
