Responsibilities
Receiving guests
Making them comfortably seated
Presenting menu cards
Seeing off guests
Making reservations
Allotting tables.
Updating guest history in the system on a daily basis.
Tracking frequency of guest visit.
Updating reservations dairy.
Courtesy calls to guests.
Sorting visiting cards on a monthly basis.
Updating guest birthday/anniversary register on a daily basis.
Tele-calling guests on their Birthday & Anniversary.
Upkeep of Files & Registers.
Upkeep of the Menus and chef cards
Coordinating with Maintenance & Housekeeping for Restaurant cleanliness & upkeep.
Helping in table relay as and when required.
Printing of chef card as per the daily buffet menu
Updation and maintenance of records and registers like tele-calling records, birthdays and anniversary records etc.
Adherence to T.B.E.M processes.
Adherence to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, EMPs & O&Ts, OCPs and training of staff.
Enabling and adherence of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc as applicable to the area of your work place.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in any stream with excellent communication, Interpersonal skills and pleasing personality.
Salary:
INR 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 P.A
