: Mirah Hospitality plans to invest Rs 200 crore over the next three-years in Citrus Check-Inns Ltd -- its 'Flexi-stay' travel business.
"We are adding 1,000 more keys across 10 hotel properties at leisure, business and pilgrimage locations in the next 3 years. The investment of Rs 200 crore will be made through internal accruals and strategic investments through institutional finances," Citrus Check-Inns CEO Somnath Pal told PTI here.

NEWS | Mirah Group to launch Citrus Clubs in second quarter of 2012
Mirah Group, owners of the Citrus Hotels brand, will launch Citrus Clubs in Jodhpur and Pimpri in Pune in the second quarter of 2012. The establishments will be owned and managed by Mirah Group. The clubs will invite memberships, provide space and services for events and banquets, feature pubs and restaurants, and provide recreational as well as residential amenities. Speaking exclusively with Hospitality Biz, Gaurav Goenka, Director, Mirah Group revealed that each establishment, built on an investment of Rs 30 crore, will have a small bar and a large family dining room with 100-120 covers, the latter will be open to members as well as outsiders. The Pimpri and Jodhpur properties will also provide approximately 35 and 45 residential rooms respectively.
