Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure business of Emaar Properties, unveiled six new hotel projects as part of its regional and international expansion plans, at the Arabian Travel Market 2017.
These projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Egypt add to a portfolio of upcoming properties under the Group's three hotel brands - the premium luxury Address Hotels + Resorts, the upscale lifestyle Vida Hotels and Resorts, and the contemporary midscale Rove Hotels.

At an imposing 306 meters in height, the 63-story hotel is the first and flagship property from Emaar Hospitality Group’s home-grown brand, The Address Hotels + Resorts, and is the second-tallest tower in Downtown Burj Dubai, next to only Burj Dubai, the world’s tallest building. The striking architecture is reminiscent of the art deco era, and the tower is creatively illuminated at night.
The contemporary hotel has 196 rooms and suites, and a rich array of amenities that appeal to both business and leisure travelers.

Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure business subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, has introduced Passion Plus, a new system of standards and procedures to enhance the guest experience, at all its properties including hotels, serviced residences and leisure clubs.
Passion Plus aims at ensuring consistency of service and superior guest experience across all operational aspects of Emaar's diverse hospitality & leisure portfolio.
Passion Plus has been developed by Guest Best, an international quality consultancy, in association with the management team of Emaar Hospitality Group. The system sets a new benchmark in corporate standards, standard operating procedures, learning & development checklists and service excellence verification. Passion Plus will be functional at all levels of leadership and associates and across all departments.
A user-friendly system, Passion Plus is database driven that helps users to track and record the performance of associates. The system can be personalised to measure the progress achieved by associates against specific learning and development benchmarks. Updating processes are readily available and immediate distribution of data is possible by a single key-stroke. Upgraded procedures are communicated in simplified terms thus ensuring that quality improvement practices are rendered effective.

Emaar Hospitality Group Launches Five-Star Premium Hotel Brand, 'The Address' Hotels & Resorts
The Address will roll out this year with the opening of flagship hotels in Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina. The Address will progressively operate four brand extensions offering distinct experiences within the Resort, Retreat, Urban and Business categories.
Mohamed Ali Alabbar, Chairman, Emaar Properties PJSC, said: "The Address will be a prime driver in our global expansion in the hospitality business, and is a key component of our business integration strategy.
